This Photo Was Taken On Nantucket Island This Date of August 28th. Tropical Storm Irene Was Forecasted To Pass Through The Island Today. It Was Considered A Hurricane Until It Reached The East Coast Of The United States. New York Braced Itself For The Worse And Was Busy Preparing In Case It Happened. It Weakened And Everyone There Breathed A Sigh Of Relief.
As We Are In The Midst Of Hurricane Season I Am Sure There Will Be Others To Follow. I'm Thankful It Passed Through Without A Lot Of Destruction.
