After Watching The Hallmark Movie"The Makeover" Tonight It Gave Me A Lot To Think About. It Started Out As A Woman Who Ran For Congress But Lost. She Lost Because She Could Not Connect To The Everyday Person. Her Language Skills Were Beyond The Level Of The Average John Or Jane Doe.
Her Successor However Met An Untimely Death Shortly After The Election. After Analyzing Recent Polls And Possible Reasons For Her Loss She Understood She Was Out Of Touch Or Unable To Communicate With The Every Day People.
Elliott Doolittle Walked Into Her Life And She Saw The Potential In Him To Become A Very Fine Congressman.
Long Story Short. Whether Your Idea's Come From A Woman Or A Man Doesn't Change The Idea. It's Basically How The Idea Is Presented. By Placing The Identical Idea, Theory, And Objectives, Can Be Accomplished All In The Wording. Trust Me When I Tell You Something As Simple Like Saying Happy Birthday Can Be Interpreted Differently If Said By Two Different People.
My Point Is Step Forward With Your Ideas. Don't Make Someone Who They Are Not. So My Question Is This, Are You Living Your Potential? Be Honest.
I Believe The Vast Majority Of People Who Promises To Be Honest With This Question Would Undoubtedly Admit They Are At A Level Beneath Them. Some Lean On The Crutch Of Age, While Others Are Afraid To Explore The Unknown.
However, You Can Live Below Your Potential As Long As You Are Happy And Content With Your Way Of Life. There Are People Who Try To Mold Their Children To Be The Person The Parent Always Wanted To Be. Let Me Remind You Colonel Sanders Was At The Ripe Age Of 65 When He Decided To Franchise His Chicken Business. It's Ok To Mold Your Child To Be Well Educated, Respectful, Honest, Dependable And Trustworthy. However Let Them Be Themselves While Living Their Lives. I Say Follow And Pursue Your Own Dreams.
As In The Movie "Makeover" Eventually Concludes, Your Idea's If Eloquently Presented, Is As Much As A Public Service, Whether You Serve In The Capacity Of One Who Can Make A Difference. If Not, Then Voice It So A Difference Can Be Achieved By It.
The Movie Was Inspiring And Moving.....and scratching my head.
